Investigation price includes technician onsite to inspect, investigate, diagnosis and any labour time to attempt a 1st time fix without parts.

If parts are required to fix, the parts will be ordered from LG and a second visit will be required at variable rates, and quotation offered after onsite investigation has been carried out.
